Ingredients
- 300 gram 9½ ounces silken tofu
- 1 tablespoon liquid sweetener/ syrup of your choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon finely grated orange rind
- ¼ cup 60ml fresh passionfruit pulp
- 3 heaped tsps passionfruit curd
- 200 g vegan Greek style yoghurt
Instructions
- Blend or process tofu, syrup, vanilla and rind until smooth. Stir through passionfruit.
- Add the passionfruit curd and the vegan Greek style yoghurt and lightly stir (don’t blend).
- Prepare your ice cream machine following manufacturing instructions. Add your mix and leave to churn for 20-25 minutes before serving.
